Please consider that although Madrid has ‘big room capacity’, WPA 2014 will coincide with the World Cup of Basketball, also taking place in the city. As such, we recommend that you book your accommodation early to secure the best hotel for your group.

Room Allocation – Payment and Cancellation Policy
In the case of more than one hotel booked, the Cancellation and Non Show policy will apply per Hotel.
Deposits and Payments Global settlement of all rooms per company.
- Payment of 50% of the full stay (all nights and all rooms) will be necessary to confirm the reservation. The payment of this amount has to be done within 5 days, after we have received this signed contract.
- Payment of 50% of the full stay (all nights and all rooms) will be necessary done before 1st June.
Cancellation and Non-Shows
From Signed Contract – Until October 16th, 2013: 70% of total allocation booked can be cancelled without any penalty. Above 70%, full cancellation charges of all rooms / room nights cancelled.
From October 17th, 2013 – Until December 16th, 2013: 50% of total allocation booked can be cancelled without any penalty. Above 50%, full cancellation charges of all rooms / room nights cancelled.
From December 17th, 2013 – Until April 7th, 2014: 30% of total allocation booked can be cancelled without any penalty. Above 30%, full cancellation charges of all rooms / room nights cancelled
From April 8th, 2014 – Until July 28th, 2014: 10% of total allocation booked can be cancelled without any penalty. Above 10%, full cancellation charges of all rooms / room nights cancelled. Any rooms / room nights cancelled after July 28th, 2014, full cancellation will apply.
Tilesa OPC is responsible for making every effort to sell cancelled rooms to other clients. If these cancelled rooms are sold, a handling fee of Euro 35 per room, per night will apply. If these rooms are not sold, full cancellation fee will apply.
Early Departure /Non Show
Guests will be charged as per original booking.
